Erzählabend mit Abbi Patrix und Jean-François Vrod

Am 10. November laden wir zum Erzählabend „The Companion“ mit Abbi Patrix und Jean-François Vrod ein: 25 years ago, two companions – a performance storyteller and a violinist – set out to explore a story together. The story was one of Norway’s most well-known tales: The Companion. They embarked on a journey of writing, composition and electronics, to find that the tale best came to life through improvisation, with the use of voice, violin and frame drum only. And so, with oral storytelling at its core, every audience anew experiences a distinctive version of this story which has been told for centuries and concerns the deepest questions of humanity.
